Bryan Sebastian

A lifelong Spencer native, Bryan was born, raised, and has built his entire career in the Spencer community. Before entering real estate eight years ago, he owned and operated the Spencer KFC, where he developed his well-known reputation for service and genuine care for people.

Bryan is truly a “people person” and loves helping others in any way he can. He’s the proud father of three adult children—Mitchell, Leann, and Nicholas—and in his free time, you’ll often find him enjoying snowmobile racing and motorsports.

Bryan will continue his real estate career with Hinn Real Estate, serving clients from both our Spencer and Spirit Lake offices.
