I’m proud to be celebrating OVER 17 years of Excellence in Real Estate Service.  My key to successful and meaningful relationships with clients is based on high enthusiasm and Professional Courteous Service.  I have a thorough knowledge of the Lakes area being a Full time Resident for the last 30 years and a seasonal resident almost all of my life.   Real estate clients have  complimented me on my  dedication to detail, honesty and quick follow through during the real estate transaction. My sales philosophy is very simple: “treat your customers the way you would like to be treated.” This philosophy has helped me  achieve “Multimillion Dollar Producer” status in Real Estate in the Lakes area the last 17 years and Top Office Producer in 2016 and 2021.
