Is there any encroachment onto your property that could ultimately lead to the loss of a portion of your land by adverse possession?
Are your buildings entirely within the boundaries of your property?
It is wise to have a firm understanding of where your lots lines are on the property. A buyer wants to know and you should be able to supply him with the answers where the lot pins are either by showing him or doing a survey of the property.
